Shipping Policy

Where We Ship
wagmello ships to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship internationally.
Shipping Timeframes
Standard Shipping (Free on orders $35+)
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 2–5 business days after shipment, depending on your location. Total delivery window: 2–7 business days from order placement.
Expedited Shipping (available at checkout)
2–3 business day delivery after shipment. Processing time still applies.
Where Orders Ship From
All products ship from US-based warehouses. You will not receive a package from overseas. This is why our shipping times are predictable — we don't depend on international freight.
Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number sent by email once your order ships. Tracking information may take 12–24 hours to update after the email is sent.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays) are generally processed the same day. Orders placed after cutoff or on weekends begin processing the next business day.
Delays
Shipping carriers occasionally experience delays outside our control, especially during peak periods (November–December) and following severe weather events. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we will investigate on your behalf.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, contact us within 5 days of the marked delivery date. We will file a claim with the carrier and either reship or refund your order based on the outcome.
