Every product in our store earns its spot. We ask one question before anything makes the cut: would we use it on our own dog or cat? If the answer isn't an immediate yes, it doesn't ship. That means a smaller catalog — and a much higher hit rate when you order.

There are no 3-week waits here. Every order ships domestically — most customers have their gear within 2–5 days. We built our supply chain around US warehouse stock specifically because we're tired of the "estimated delivery: sometime next month" runaround that's become normal everywhere else.
