Returns & Refunds

30-Day Return Window
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition β unused, undamaged, and with original packaging where applicable.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@wagmello.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply within 1β2 business days with return instructions.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, product arrived damaged, product defective on arrival), we cover return shipping. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we process refunds within 3β5 business days. The refund posts to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3β7 business days to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
If you'd prefer an exchange (different size, color, or product), let us know when you contact us. We'll ship the replacement once we receive the return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items that are clearly used or damaged by the customer
- Opened consumable products (treats, supplements) for hygiene reasons
Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at support@wagmello.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund β your choice.
